Measuring a box is as easy as 1-2-3 – L x W x H. Standard corrugated box dimensions are always read in this sequence.
When measuring the size, dimensions should always correspond to the inner dimensions of the box. The length is always the longest side along the opening. The width will be the shorter side of the opening, and height is the distance between the top and bottom of the box. When measuring a corrugated pad, the width can be determined by measuring in the direction of corrugation, and the opposite will be the length.
